Refund policy
Our exchange policy lasts 7 working days, and only applies to defective products. Inspect your items upon receipt and notify us immediately for an exchange. If 7 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the packing slip included.
To return your product, send it to: Special Plaza 1, Lagos Avenue, East Legon, Accra, Ghana. You will be responsible for returning your item.
