Appointment booking

1. Wrapping Appointment Booking

   - Gift wrapping services are available by appointment or as walk-ins.

   - Appointments can be booked within our business hours through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.

   - Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, with priority given to scheduled appointments.

   - Our last booking slot is 5:00 PM on regular days and 7:00 PM during peak seasons, such as Valentine, Mother’s Day and Christmas.

 

2. Unavailability, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

   - To reschedule or cancel, please use the link in your email confirmation or contact us directly.

   - Rescheduling is subject to availability.

   - If you’re unavailable to visit, you may request a pick-up and drop-off service for your items, where possible, for an additional fee.

 

3. Late Arrival

   - Arriving on time is essential to keep appointments on schedule.

   - Late arrivals may lead to a shortened service or rescheduling based on availability.

   - Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and will be treated as walk-ins.

 

4. Duration of Service

   - The duration of the gift wrapping service varies based on item size and quantity.

   - You will receive an estimated service time confirmation after your booking is received.

 

5. Payment Terms

   - Final pricing will be provided after we inspect your items in person on the day of your appointment.

   - Payment, including any applicable fees, must be settled in full after wrapping, before receiving the wrapped gift.

   - Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile money.

 

6. Refunds and Changes

   - Completed wrapping services are non-refundable.

   - The wrapping theme will be agreed upon before the service begins. Hence, changes after wrapping may incur additional fees.

 

7. Liability

   - Customers are responsible for ensuring items are in good condition and free from defects or damage before wrapping.

 

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

   - Marshmallow Gifts reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

   - Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
