Customer Referral Program - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Marshmallow’s Customer Referral Program. Through this program, selected customers have the opportunity to share a unique discount code with friends and family for use on our gifts and wrapping services. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

 

1. Discount Offer

Each participant in the referral program receives a personalized code providing a five percent (5%) discount, which may be shared with friends, family, or acquaintances.

2. Eligibility

Only customers who have been personally selected and informed by us, along with having received a referral code, are eligible to participate.

3. Eligibility at Purchase

Any referred customer who applies the referral code at checkout will receive the five percent (5%) discount.

4. Validity Period

The referral discount is valid exclusively from December 1 to December 31, 2024.

5. Non-Combination

Discounts from this Referral Program cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts, including Christmas and Black Friday promotions. Only one discount may be applied per transaction.

6. Discount Application and Use

Customers may enter the referral code when checking out on our website, after placing an order.

Alternatively, for in-store purchases or orders via WhatsApp or Instagram, customers may simply mention the code to apply the discount.

7. Modification or Termination

Marshmallow reserves the right to modify or terminate any individual’s participation in the Customer Referral Program with three days’ prior notice.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Customer Referral Program, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
